What is the minimum time I can subscribe to a plan?
We offer monthly and yearly plans so you can choose whichever suits you best.
What if I don’t use my support/content hours each month?
The hours roll over to the next month if not used. The hours can accumulate for a larger project. The rollover hours are available to you as long as your plan is current.
How do I submit a support request for development work?
Send an email to our dedicated support email address support@studio26.ie and you will receive a response when the ticket has been received, updated, and completed.
What if I need more hours of support in any given month?
If you have used your allocated hours in that month and need more, you can just email support@studio26.ie and we will give you an hourly rate.
What are my billing options?
You have the option of either annual or monthly billing. You will receive a 20% discount for paying for the year up front.
