Our Design Process
1. Discovery + Strategy
The first stage involves analysing your target market, your competitors, your brand and latest trends in the industry. Here we also set out goals for your website and create a structured sitemap.
2. Prototyping
Using the information from the Discovery stage, we will create prototypes/mockups for the new website homepage and one or two inner pages. We will do several iterations until the client is happy with the site layout.
3. Build & Develop
Once the design has been settled, we will proceed to building the website on WordPress. We create the necessary pages and add the images and content. We use various plugins to ensure the website is built to the highest possible standard.
4. QA Testing
Before we put the website live, we will test it using various online tools. We want to make sure all links are working, all images have been optimised, and that the site performs as it should on all platforms.
5. Launch
When we have performed all the relevant tests and the client is happy, then the website will be put live. We will go through a final checklist to make sure everything is in place. We will then help you promote the new site through your social media channels.
6. Support & Training
After your website has gone live, is it important to keep it up to date with the latest changes to plugins and themes. We can ensure your site is backed up regularly and monitored for security risks. We also do in-house training so you can manage the site going forward.
